Oh, I'm really liking this, very beautiful!! Great job on creating that latin feel, really loving it!! Wonderful way of playing the guitar, damn, there are lil' parts that sound flamenco-ish...pretty amazing!! 
There's only lil' remark: I would have liked a lil' more variety within this song...I don't know, maybe à la Santana...anyway, that's my personal opinion.
